Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Matchidler Kugla Witch Match 3, an Android mobile game published by REWERNATOR, handles information when you play the game. The Android package name is com.rewernator.MatchidlerKugla.

Information We Collect

Gameplay and App Usage Data

If you choose to allow analytics and diagnostics, the game may collect gameplay and app activity information such as level starts, level completions, level progress, shop opens, button taps, rewards, virtual currency events, session activity, and similar interactions. This helps us understand how the game is used and improve gameplay balance and stability.

Device and Technical Data

If you allow analytics and diagnostics, the game may collect technical information such as app version, build number, language or locale, network status, device model, operating system version, graphics device information, memory category, session ID, and a hashed local install identifier. This information is used for analytics, crash investigation, and performance diagnostics.

Crash and Diagnostics Data

If you allow diagnostics, the game may send crash reports, non-fatal error reports, logs, breadcrumbs, and related technical context to Firebase Crashlytics. This helps identify and fix bugs and crashes.

Purchase-Related Data

The game uses Google Play and Unity Purchasing for in-app purchases. Google Play processes payment details. The game does not directly receive your credit card or payment account details. The game may receive purchase status, product ID, product type, localized price, currency, purchase state, and hashed receipt or transaction identifiers so that purchases can be delivered, restored, diagnosed, and measured.

Consent Preferences

The game stores your analytics and diagnostics consent choice locally on your device. You can reopen the privacy choice from the in-game settings privacy button where available.

Local Game Progress

The game stores progress and settings locally on your device, including levels, stars, score, lives, gems, boosters, timers, sound and music settings, language settings, and similar gameplay state. Uninstalling the game or clearing app data may remove locally stored progress unless a platform backup feature restores it.

Information We Do Not Collect

Based on the current Android game evidence, the game does not collect your name, email address, private messages, contacts, photos, videos, camera images, microphone recordings, precise location, or phone contacts. The current game evidence also shows no active account login system and no active advertising SDK.

How We Use Information

  • To operate the game and save local progress.

  • To understand gameplay, level progress, and app interactions.

  • To find and fix crashes, errors, and performance issues.

  • To process and deliver in-app purchases through Google Play.

  • To prevent purchase errors, diagnose purchase failures, and support compliance.

  • To fetch current UTC time for timer-based game features.

Third-Party Services

The game uses third-party services that may process data under their own privacy policies:

  • Firebase Analytics: Used for optional gameplay and app usage analytics after consent.

  • Firebase Crashlytics: Used for optional crash reporting and diagnostics after consent.

  • Google Play: Used for Android distribution, in-app purchases, purchase processing, and store review/rating features.

  • Unity Services and Unity Purchasing: Used to support Unity-based game services and in-app purchasing.

  • worldtimeapi.org: Used to request current UTC time for timer-based game behavior. This service may receive standard network information such as IP address as part of the request.

Advertising

Game does not include an active advertising SDK, and ads are disabled in the game code. Earlier legacy versions of the game may have included third-party advertising features. These versions could display ads and may have allowed advertising providers to process certain technical data, such as device information, advertising identifiers, app interaction data, and ad performance data, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Analytics and Crash Reporting Choices

The game asks for a privacy and telemetry choice. If you decline, Firebase analytics and crash reporting collection are not enabled by the game. Some essential services, such as Google Play purchase processing and network requests needed for game functionality, may still operate when you use those features.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play. The game receives purchase confirmation and status information needed to deliver purchased items, restore purchases, and diagnose purchase problems. Payment details are handled by Google Play and are not directly collected by REWERNATOR through the game.

Children's Privacy

Our game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age required by applicable law in the user’s jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The game does not require account registration, does not ask users to provide their name, email address, phone number, photos, messages, or other personal contact information, and does not include social features, public profiles, or user-generated content sharing.

If the game uses analytics, crash reporting, advertising, in-app purchases, or other third-party services, such services may process limited technical, device, usage, or transaction-related information as described in this Privacy Policy and in the privacy policies of those third-party service providers.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and you believe that your child has provided personal information to us, or that personal information about your child has been collected in a way that is not described in this Privacy Policy, please contact us at: marcin.rewertyn@gmail.com. We will review the request and take reasonable steps to delete such information where required by applicable law.

We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s use of apps, games, and online services.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or opt-out of certain processing. You can decline or change optional analytics and diagnostics collection through the game's privacy choice where available.

For data processed by third-party services such as Google, Firebase, Google Play, or Unity, those providers may also offer their own privacy controls.

Data Retention

  • Local progress and settings are kept on your device until you delete them, clear app data, reset progress if a reset option is available, or uninstall the game.

  • Analytics, crash, purchase, and diagnostic data processed by Google, Firebase, Google Play, or Unity are retained according to those providers' policies and configured retention settings.

  • Support or privacy inquiries, once a contact mechanism is added, may be retained as needed to respond and comply with legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

Third-party services used by the game may process information in countries other than where you live. These services may be operated globally by providers such as Google, Firebase, Unity, and other service providers listed in this policy.
